Josh Murphy boasts 17 years of claims expertise, spanning independent adjusting firms and carriers. He holds CPCU, AIC, and AIC-M designations and recently relocated from Cincinnati to join our team. Josh graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business and Communications.

Rob Reynolds is the Director of Client Relations for CITON Claims Solutions. Rob joined CITON in April of 2025 and is responsible for business development and identifying opportunities for expansion of CITON’s services within our client environments. Rob has 25+ years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked closely with many of the top Property & Casualty carriers across the country. His experience includes frontline claims handling, corporate-level training and account management. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Kentucky and holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.

Mia Nedd brings over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the claims industry, with a strong background as both a field and desk adjuster. Based in Melbourne, Florida for 16 years, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, the LPCS designation, and was honored as part of the Emerging Leaders Class of 2025. Mia currently serves on the board of NAAIA and as a committee member with APCIA, with a professional focus on compliance, quality assurance, and organizational excellence.

Donald Winston is a skilled Special Investigative professional with over twenty two years of Insurance investigative Experience working with Progressive, Esurance, Allstate and Hiscox Insurance Companies. Donald spent the last fourteen years in various Management roles and most recently developed the Anti Fraud Program for Hiscox USA as their Special Investigations Manager. Donald also has ten years of law enforcement experience working four years as a Patrol Officer and Juvenile Crimes Investigator with the City of Montgomery, AL Police Department and six years as a State Trooper with the Alabama Department of Public Safety. Donald is also an Airforce Veteran after serving four years active duty as a Security Police Specialist. Donald has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and obtained the following industry certifications: CFE-Certified Fraud Examiner and FCLS-Fraud Claims Law Specialist. In his spare time, Donald enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two children.
